ASU Softball Schedule Page | Game Notes
TEMPE, Ariz. - For the fifth-straight week, Arizona State softball is ranked second on the NFCA Top 25 poll. The Sun Devils will face off against No. 14 Washington Friday through Saturday at Farrington Stadium. Game times for the series against the Huskies is set for 5 p.m. PT Friday on Pac-12 Network, 7 p.m. PT Saturday on ESPN2 and 12 p.m. PT on Sunday.

Arizona State has been the No. 2 ranked team since March 12. For back-to-back weeks, the Sun Devils will face the 14th-ranked team on the NFCA poll, this time the Washington Huskies hold that spot. ASU enters the contest second in the Pac-12 with a 36-4 overall record and 7-2 in conference. Washington is close behind at third in the Pac-12 rankings, 31-10 overall and 9-3 in Pac-12.
Both teams bring a Top 25 Finalist for USA Collegiate Softball Player of the Year. Amber Freeman, one of four sophomores to make the list, is in her first nomination for the award. Washington's pitcher/first baseman Kaitlin Inglesby also made the cut. She is hitting .347 on 43 hits, 28 runs and 44 RBI. In the circle, Inglesby leads the pitching staff with a 1.50 ERA, 16-4 record in 26 appearances over 103 innings.

About the Washington Series
Though Washington leads the series all-time 48-24 dating back to 1993, ASU has won the last six match ups, all of which were in Seattle. Under Clint Myers, ASU is 14-8 overall and 5-4 at Farrington Stadium.
Home Run Streak
The Sun Devils have homered in the last 12 consecutive games, dating back to March 15 against No. 15 Michigan. They rank second nationally with 1.68 homers averaged per game.
