TEMPE - In a near four-hour match, No. 26 Sun Devil Men's Tennis (14-7, 1-2 Big 12) claimed the 14th win of the 2025-26 campaign following a 4-2 victory over Utah (4-13, 0-4 Big 12) on Thursday night at Whiteman Tennis Center.
Following a loss in the tiebreaker on court one, Utah was able to claim the match's doubles point. The Sun Devils went on to win four of five singles matches en route to the 4-2 win.
Senior Roi Ginat was the clinching point from the fifth position, as his gritty three-set win pushed ASU to its fifth home win of the season. Junior Jelani Sarr played from the third position for the first time this season - after he's primarily competed in the 4th, 5th, and 6th positions and picked up his team-leading 13th singles win of the season. Sophomore Milos Mikovic was the lone Sun Devil with a doubles and singles win on Thursday night.
