TEMPE – Sun Devil Gymnastics has added depth to the 2027 roster as transfers Merideth Brandt, Lauren Little and Juliana Weeks have signed with the team.
With the addition of four freshmen as well, the 2027 roster is now at 20.
Merideth Brandt
Sophomore | 5-2 | Boxford, Mass. | Nebraska
- Spent her freshman year at Nebraska.
- Before college, she trained at Yellow Jackets Gymnastics.
- Qualified for level 10 nationals in 2023, 2023 and 2021.
- 2023 National Runner-Up on vault and 2022 nationals third-place finish on vault
- 2023 Region 6 Champion on vault, beam and in the all-around.
- 2022 Region 6 Champion on vault and beam.
- Her parents are Ben and Karen Brandt. She has one sister named Abigail.
Lauren Little
Senior | 5-3 | Mooresville, N.C. | UCLA/Alabama
- Was with UCLA gymnastics for the 2025-26 school year.
- In her freshman year in 2023, she was with the University of Alabama, where she competed on vault and bars.
- Elite gymnast from 2015-22.
- Participated in U.S. National Team training camps.
- Bronze medalist on uneven bars at the 2022 Winter Cup.
- Silver medalist on vault at the 2018 International Gymnix Challenge Cup.
- Competed at the U.S. Championships in 2016, 2017 and 2019, earning a fifth-place finish on vault in 2016 and a seventh-place showing on uneven bars in 2019.
- Competed at the U.S. Classic six times, placing fifth on uneven bars and seventh in the all-around and balance beam in 2022.
- Prior to her elite career, she was the 2016 Level 10 national bars champion.
- Trained at Everest Gymnastics.
- Her parents are Anita and Frank Little. Her mother Anita was a national champion cheerleader at North Carolina State.
- Has an older brother Justin and younger sister Maya.
Juliana Weeks
Junior | 5-7 | Charlotte, S.C. | Arkansas
- Spent the first two seasons of her career at Arkansas.
- Earned 2025 SEC First Year Honor Roll and 2026 SEC Honor Roll.
- Prior to college, she trained at Everest Gymnastics, where she made her level 10 debut in 2023.
- She was a Level 10 Regional Bar Champion and all-around runner-up.
- Also qualified for nationals.
- Her parents are Donna and Mark, and she has two older siblings, Alexa and Taylor.
- Her father Mark played football at the Citadel.
- Also goes by Juju.
