Stony Brook, NY - After an early 2-1 lead, Sun Devil Lacrosse (7-8, 2-1 Big 12) could not find its groove against No. 12 Stony Brook (13-2, 5-1 CAA) and fell 19-6 in Wednesday's midweek contest.
For the first time in a game this season, the senior attacking trio of Lydia Oldknow, Teagan Ng, and Jordyn Behar did not have a hat trick between the group. Behar led ASU with a four-point outing following one goal and three assists.
ASU's 19 shots were a season-low mark, and came just four days after the team registered a season-high 43 shots against UC Davis. The Sun Devils managed just seven shots at halftime while the Seawolves had tallied 25.

A goal from Behar stopped the bleeding, and the score was 7-3 with 12:45 remaining in the second quarter. Stony Brook managed five more goals before the halftime buzzer, and their lead was extended to 12-3.
