TEMPE- To kick off Big 12 Conference play, No. 25 Sun Devil Men's Tennis hosts No. 2 TCU and No. 8 Baylor on Friday, March 20, and Sunday, March 22, respectively. Friday's match starts at 5 p.m. MST, while Sunday's is slated for 1 p.m. MST. ASU has not played a home match at Whiteman Tennis Center in 59 days, when it hosted - and defeated - UTSA.

After peaking at No. 11 in the ITA Team Polls, ASU checked in at 25 in this week's rankings and has one ranked singles player in junior Bor Artnak, who is ranked 100. The Sun Devils are 4-0 in home contests this season and have 13 wins, which surpasses their 2024-25 total.

TCU owns a 12-4 record in 2026 and brings a four-match winning streak into the contest. Their last loss came to No. 32 Illinois on Feb. 28, 2026. In the ITA Polls, they have four ranked singles players: Duncan Chan (7), Cosme Rolland (25), Cooper Woestendick (52), and Julian Alsonso Vivanco (82). They also boast three ranked doubles pairs: Rolland/Chan (2), Pedrico/Rolland (43), and Woestendick/Boding (87).

Baylor comes to Tempe fresh off their UTR Collegiate Championship and improved to 12-6 on the year, and brings a three-match win streak into Sunday's match. The Bears have just one road win in five contests, with the lone win against unranked Rice in Houston, Texas. In the ITA Polls, they have four ranked singles players: Devin Badenhorst (14), Connor Van Schalkwyk (26), Zsombor Velcz (39), and Ioan Chirita (104). Velcz/Chirita (69) are their lone ranked pair.
