Last time out
ASU (11-10-1, 4-5-1 NCHC) is coming off a weekend sweep at the Desert Hockey Classic, beating Alaska Anchorage, 7-2, and Air Force, 5-2. This was the fifth-straight in-season tournament win for the Sun Devils, in addition to being the third-straight Desert Hockey Classic championship win.

Sophomore forward Cullen Potter was named the NCHC’s forward of the week for the second time this season after a weekend performance that included six points (4G, 2A) and his first career hat trick in the win over Alaska Anchorage. Potter has tallied 20 points (12G, 8A) in the last 13 games alone, which is tied with teammate Cruz Lucius for most points nationwide in the 13-game stretch.

Lucius leads the team, NCHC, and NCAA with 32 points this season (12G, 20A). Right behind him is fellow linemate Bennett Schimek, who ranks second in each category with 31 points (10G, 21A). The top-line trio of Lucius, Potter and Schimek has the most combined points of any line trio in the entire NCAA with their 88 collective points.

Additionally, Lucius and Schimek are the only duo in the NCAA to total 20+ assists and 30+ points.
