TEMPE– No. 24 Sun Devil Men's Tennis (5-3) bounced back from Thursday's hard-fought battle with Pepperdine by picking up two 4-0 victories over NAU (3-2) and DePaul (3-4) to close out Friday's doubleheader. Across 12 singles matches, ASU was dominant in first sets and saw nine first-set wins on the day.

The Sun Devil Duo of Daniel Phillips and Tanner Povey remained undefeated in doubles play after clinching the doubles point 6-3 against NAU in Friday's first match.
Headed into singles with a lead, Daniel Phillips picked up a win via retirement, though ahead 6-0, 1-0 in his match, followed by straight-set wins from Tanner Povey and Bor Artnak to secure the match win.

After Bor Artnak and Matic Dimic earned a 6-4 victory on court one, Nicola Cigna and Mikey Anderson won their second doubles match of the day, and clinched the doubles point for ASU with a 6-4 win from the third position.
ASU again won the first three singles matches of the day, all in straight sets, to secure the 4-0 victory over DePaul. Graduate Matic Dimic notched his third clinch of the season for the Sun Devils with his win from the sixth position against DePaul.
