LEXINGTON, Ky. – Capping off another notable season, Sun Devil Volleyball has three AVCA All-Americans: junior opposite Noemie Glover (first team), senior outside hitter Bailey Miller (honorable mention) and graduate middle blocker Colby Neal (honorable mention).
In Arizona State history, there are now 16 student-athletes to have collected All-America honors, 20 honors in all. For all three this year, this is their first All-America honor. Glover is the lone member of the Big 12 on the first team and one of three on the first three teams. There are 12 from the Big 12 across all teams and honorable mentions.
Glover is the fourth Sun Devil in team history to earn first team nods. Under head coach JJ Van Niel, she is the second along with fellow opposite Marta Levinska in 2023. With Van Niel at the helm, Arizona State has had at least two All-Americans in each of the last three seasons.

In Glover’s first season in Tempe, she made an immediate and impressive impact, winning Big 12 Player of the Year. The junior opposite hitter out of Rancho Santa Fe, Calif. led the Sun Devils in kills, and in all but one match she played, she reached double-digit kills, including four matches with 20 or more. The southpaw was named a semifinalist for the AVCA National Player of the Year award, one of 14 athletes from across the country and the only one from the Big 12. Additionally, Glover was named the Big 12 Offensive Player of the week three times, the most weekly awards of any Sun Devil this season.
Miller, in her second year as a Sun Devil, was second on the team in kills and digs this season. With her balanced efforts, the senior outside hitter had 10 double-doubles, the most on the team. She had double-digit kills in 15 of the last 17 matches of the season. Leading the team in aces with 39, she was top 10 in the conference in that category. Miller also appeared in every set for Arizona State this season.
In the middle, graduate Neal was dominant on the block and had the most productive season of her career. She was top 10 in the nation for blocks per set (1.47) and in total blocks (171). Her 151 block assists on the year are the second most in a single season in ASU history. Neal earned Big 12 Defensive Player of the Week honors twice. She was also fourth in kills for Arizona State overall.
Back-to-back Big 12 Champion Arizona State made it to the NCAA Regional Semifinal for the second time in the last three seasons (fourth overall) after another stellar season atop the conference. ASU had a 28-4 overall record with a 17-1 mark in conference play in 2025. The Sun Devils put together an impressive campaign that saw eight ranked wins, 12 sweeps and win streaks of 12 and 10.
