TEMPE- On Monday, Sun Devil Lacrosse Head Coach Taryn VanThof announced the team's 2026 schedule, which is highlighted by a seven-game home stretch in the 17-game spring slate.
Having already announced the Big 12 schedule, ASU has scheduled 11 non-conference opponents, four of which are set to be first-time meetings. The programs scheduled to face the Maroon and Gold for the first time are Lindenwood, Bucknell, Akron, and Navy.
The 2026 seasoning-opening contest has ASU facing off against former Pac-12 foe, the University of Oregon, in Eugene on February 7th.
Then, the Sun Devils embark on the longest homestand of the season as seven teams are set to come to Tempe spanning February 15 to March 11. The visitors include Denver (Feb. 15), Lindenwood (Feb. 21), Marquette (Feb. 24), USC (Feb. 28), Niagara (Mar. 5), Bucknell (Mar. 8), and Akron (Mar. 11).
A three-game road slate is to follow, as ASU will take on Mercer on March 14 before traveling north to Annapolis, Maryland to take on Navy on March 17. The road trip will conclude with another former Pac-12 opponent, Stanford, on March 21.
Big 12 play opens with the Sun Devils hosting the defending Big 12 Champion Florida Gators on March 28 before hitting the road to face Cincinnati on April 4.
ASU will wrap up the hosting duties in Tempe on April 11, as UC Davis is set to come to town on Senior Day.
The final three games of the regular season are road contests for the Sun Devils. The non-conference slate wraps up with Stony Brook on April 15. The team will then travel to SDSU on April 18 before ending the regular season in Boulder to face Colorado on April 25.
The season will culminate with the 2026 Big 12 Lacrosse Tournament presented by Allstate, held at Florida’s Dizney Stadium from April 30 to May 2. The top four teams in the regular-season standings will qualify for the tournament, like they did in 2025.
