IRVING, Texas – Hitting a blistering .422 with 36 kills to get Sun Devil Volleyball two ranked wins, junior opposite Noemie Glover is this week’s Big 12 Offensive Player of the Week, her second of the season.
Glover was also the offensive player of the week after the first week of the season back on September 2. This is the second weekly award for Arizona State this season.

With 36 total kills on a .422 clip, Glover powered the Sun Devils to two ranked wins over No. 16 Baylor and No. 24 Colorado. In the win over the Buffs, she led all players in kills with 21 on a .486 clip, her third match this season with 20 or more kills. Against Colorado, she helped the team earn 12.5 blocks with five from her. Against the Bears, she also led all players in kills with 15. She has hit over .300 in all but two matches this season, including both this week, and has never dipped below .265. She’s reached double-digit kills in all but two matches, including the last five in a row.
Glover’s strong offensive output helped ASU take sole possession of first place in the Big 12. The Sun Devils handed the Buffs their first conference loss. ASU has won eight matches in a row, which is tied for the eighth-longest winning streak in team history. The Sun Devils remain undefeated at home, improving to 8-0. They also extended their conference winning streak to 21 in a row.
Arizona State is back on the road this week, at No. 19 BYU on Thursday before facing Utah on Saturday.
