SAN DIEGO– Sun Devil Men's Tennis qualified for the NCAA Team Championships for the third straight season, and will head to the San Diego Regional hosted by No. 7 USD, to face off against former Pac-12 foe USC in the tournament's first round. The match will take place on Saturday, May 3 at 10 a.m. MZT. Stats and streaming will be available via USD.
With a win, ASU would face the winner of USD/UC Irvine and advance to the second round on Sunday, May 4 at 12 p.m. AZT. A loss would end the season for the Sun Devils.
The Sun Devils went 12-11 in the regular season before falling to No. 16 Baylor in the Big 12 Championships.
ASU's history with the NCAA Tournament since reinstatement in 2018 includes five appearances, three of which have now come in the last three seasons. Arizona State has not made it past the second round of the tournament since reinstatement.
In 2024, ASU advanced to the second round and nearly knocked off No. 6 Wake Forest, but a faulty overrule in doubles play gave the Demon Deacons the doubles point and they escaped with the 4-3 win.
