TEMPE – No. 37 Sun Devil Men's Tennis (9-8) will host a pair of Big 12 matches at Whiteman Tennis Center this weekend, beginning with No. 68 Texas Tech on Friday, March 28 and No. 74 Oklahoma State on Sunday, March 30. Friday's match kicks off at 6pm AZT while Sunday's will start at noon. AZT. 

Both matches will have live stats available here, but will not be streamed.

SUN DEVIL NOTABLES (9-8)
  • The Sun Devils are looking for their first Big 12 Win. 
  • ASU has lost their last two matches after defeating then-No. 14 Baylor at the UTR College Championships. 
  • Two singles players are ranked for ASU: Bor Artnak (#50) and Mathis Bondaz (#110). 
  • The ranked pairs for the Sun Devils consist of Bor Artnak/Matic Dimic (#48) and Bor Artnak/Daniel Phillips (#66).
PREVIEWING THE RED RAIDERS (12-6)
  • Hold on to a 12-6 record this season, posting a 4-2 record on the road this season. 
  • They own a 2-1 record in Big 12 play, defeating BYU and Oklahoma state, but falling to Utah. 
  • No ITA ranked singles players or doubles pairs in the most recent rankings. 
  • ASU is 7-2 all-time against TTU. In the last meeting on March 11, 2023, Texas Tech came out on top 4-3. 
  • Currently ride a three-match win streak.
PREVIEWING THE COWBOYS (7-9)
  • 7-9 record on the season with a 1-5 record on the road.
  • Hold on to a 1-1 record in conference play with a win over BYU and a loss to Texas Tech.
  • Had a three-match win streak before it was snapped with the loss to TTU  last weekend. 
  • Isaac Becroft is their lone ranked singles player at #87 in the most recent ITA polls. 
  • The Cowboys have a ranked pair in Nicolas Kobelt and Alessio Basile, who were No. 58 in last week's ITA doubles polls.
