TEMPE, Ariz. – Sun Devil Men's and Women's Basketball is set to welcome Big 12 Conference foe Baylor on Saturday, Jan. 11, for their first double-header of the season across an action-packed day suited for all fans.
The Black Out the Bears game begins when the Sun Devil Women tip off at 3:30 p.m. at Desert Financial Arena. After the game, join Sun Devil Basketball fans at Hoops Hangout at the Arboretum from 5 p.m.-7:30 p.m. for an ultimate experience before the start of the Men's tilt.
The Hoops Hangout is free and will feature yard games, live sports on TV, a live DJ, a poster-making station for kids and food and beverage options provided by Rudy's Bar-B-Q. The first 500 fans in attendance will also receive a "Beat the Bears" t-shirt.
Sun Devil Basketball fans who purchase a ticket will have access to both games.
For both the men's and women's game, Speed painter Evan Struck will be performing at halftime.
