The defender has also converted on all four shots she's taken for four goals this season, the only four goals of her career. Academically, Gaspar has been named to the Pac-12 Academic Honor roll all three seasons and is in line for her fourth. She was also named to the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll in 2023. Most Improved Female - Tiera Robinson-Jones
In her first season in Tempe, Tiera Robinson-Jones made a quick impression on the Sun Devils. Her do-it-all abilities helped her make an impact on jumps, relays and sprints, as she was one of 19 Sun Devils to qualify for the NCAA West Regional Preliminaries, where she competed in the triple jump. At the Pac-12 Championships in May, Robinson-Jones had two top-10 finishes, placing fourth in the triple jump (12.64m) and ninth in the long jump (5.83m), setting a new PR in the latter event. At the Arizona Spring Break Fiesta in March, Robinson-Jones was the runner-up in the triple jump at 12.82m, setting a new PR and also the seventh-best mark in Women's team history.
