FEDERAL WAY, Wash. – A total of nine Sun Devils captured top-15 finishes on Day 3 of the Pac-12 Championships Friday at the Weyerhaeuser King County Aquatic Center, led by Thomas Wesche (6th/platform) and Iza Adame (7th/100 breast).

Sun Devils Women's Swim was very active in the evening finals session, as 14 appeared in a final race. With just one day of competition remaining, the Sun Devils are poised to place fifth in the team standings.

Iza Adame was the top Sun Devil on Day 3, as her 1:00.62 in the 100 breast netted her a seventh-place finish. Adame shaved off more than a half-second in this event dating back to last year's Pac-12 Championships, where she placed 11th (1:01.29).
Molly Batchelor continued her tear in Federal Way, carrying the momentum into Friday in which she added a ninth-place finish in the 200 free. On Wednesday, Batchelor was a member of the third-place 800 free relay group. She followed it up the next day with a third-place effort in the 500 free.

The Sun Devil Women put the finishing touches on the night with a fourth-place showing in the 400 medley relay by Charli Brown-Iza Adame-Jadé Foelske-Lindsay Looney (3:35.81).
DIVING
Thomas Wesche became the first Sun Devil to advance to a final this week in Federal Way, placing eighth in the platform prelims on Friday afternoon (262.05).

In the platform final, he scored 283.65 to place sixth overall, a career-best finish for the Flagstaff native.
Lane Stallworth continued his strong week, placing 12th and narrowly missing out on a finals appearance. Zachory Lundgren (13th) and Caleb Liban (15th) rounded out the four Sun Devil performances on the platform.
In the Women's 3-meter, Amayah Wiley had her top showing this week, taking 18th and scoring 226.50. Teammates Ashlyn Kirsch scored a 193.50 to place 23rd.
Friday concluded the Men's portion of the Pac-12 Diving Championships. The Sun Devil Women will compete in the platform for the final event of the meet.
MORNING SWIM PRELIMS
Of the five individual events on Friday morning, the Sun Devils had at least three qualify for a final in four events. In the 100 breast, five finished within the top-23, led by sophomore Iza Adame (1:00.80) at seventh overall. All five to qualify for a final in the 100 breast were underclassmen, as well – Adame, Ginger McMahon (14th), Emma Gehlert (19th), Zoe Summar (20th) and Izzy Krantzcke (23rd).
Molly Batchelor's hot week in Federal Way continued into Friday morning, as she took 11th in the 200 free to advance to the B final. Ieva Maluka was 15th and Erin Milligan was 19th in the same event.
Lindsay Looney and Jadé Foelske finished within the top-13 of the 100 fly prelims, and Katrina Marty and Jane Brown were within the top-22 in the 100 back.
Charli Brown was the lone Sun Devil to advance in the 400 IM, placing 13th overall in the morning session.
