PHOENIX – Sun Devil Baseball will wrap up its Fall Ball campaign beginning this weekend with a doubleheader exhibition against Grand Canyon University on Saturday, Nov. 11 ahead of a five-game Maroon and Gold World Series set to take place over following week, as announced by head coach Willie Bloomquist.
 
The action-packed week begins as ASU welcomes crosstown rival GCU for a pair of games at Phoenix Municipal Stadium on Saturday. The two teams will play a pair of nine-inning contests with first pitch of Game One scheduled for 12 p.m. AZT. Game two will follow 30-45 minutes following the conclusion of Game One.
 
Admission to the event will be free of charge. Gates will open at 11 a.m. AZT and limited concessions (including beer sales) will be available.
 
The team will host five intrasquad games at Muni next week as part of its annual Maroon and Gold World Series. The series will begin Tuesday, Nov. 14 and continue Wednesday, Friday and Saturday with first pitch for each scheduled at 6 p.m. AZT. The series finale will take place on Sunday, Nov. 19 at Noon AZT.
 
Admission to each game is open and free to the public, though no concessions will be provided at those contests.
