COACH'S CORNER
"We are thrilled with Ashley receiving All-American honors for the third year in a row," Head Coach Missy Farr-Kaye remarked. "It really is an amazing accomplishment. Ashley is an integral part of our team and has stepped up as a leader. Becoming a three-time All-American as a junior isn't easy and this is really well-deserved. I'm excited to see what Ashley has in store for her senior year."
THREE-TIME ALL-AMERICAN
By virtue of her selection to the WGCA All-American Second Team, Ashley Menne has now been named an All-American in each of her first three seasons in Tempe. She becomes the first Sun Devil since Olivia Mehaffey (2017-21) to earn All-American honors in each of her first three years. Next year, Menne could join some exclusive company. Should she earn a fourth All-American distinction, she would become only the fourth four-time All-American in program history. Only legendary figures Olivia Mehaffey, Azahara Munoz (2006-09) and Kellee Booth (1995-98) have accomplished this impressive feat.
STRAIGHT FROM THE SOURCE
"This season has been a great experience overall," Ashley Menne reflected. "I couldn't have asked for a better team to do this year with. Being a three-time All-American is such an honor. The goal is to keep playing some consistent golf in this upcoming season with the Sun Devils!"
