TEMPE – Entering the final stretch of the regular season, Sun Devil softball returns to Farrington Stadium this weekend for a three-game series with No. 19 Oregon. The two teams are tied in the Pac-12 standings as the series opens.

The action begins on Friday at 6 p.m. and will continue at 5 p.m. on Saturday and 2 p.m. on Sunday. Tickets are available for the weekend at SunDevilTickets.com.

Pac-12 Arizona will broadcast the game on Friday with Daron Sutton calling the action. Saturday's game is on the ASU Live Stream, with Sunday returning to Pac-12 Network with Sutton and Natasha Watley on the call. All three will also be on the Pac-12 Now app and have live stats available.

ASU carries a 21-13 overall record into the weekend after going 1-2 last week at Utah. The Sun Devils are 14-5 at home this season and have won three of the previous four home games.

The Sun Devils enter the Oregon series with a .284/.309/.379 slash line. They score an average of 5.15 runs per game and scored 10-plus runs in a game four times. They are fifth in the Pac-12 with 91 extra-base hits and fourth with 48 home runs.

ASU carries a 3.35 ERA and 1.50 WHIP in the circle this season. The team records 6.19 strikeouts per seven innings to rank fifth in the conference. ASU opponents are batting .251 with a .704 OPS while hitting a home run every 53.4 at bats.

SERIES HISTORY
ASU holds a 66-51-1 lead in the all-time series, with Oregon dating back to the first meeting in 1987. The Sun Devils have gone 36-22 at home in the series at 20-11 at Farrington Stadium.

ASU swept the three games last season in Eugene and has won six straight and 10 of the past 12 meetings.

The Sun Devils have outscored the opposition 25-20 in the first inning of games this season. They are also scoring 2.5 runs per game in the first three innings.

ASU is 11-2 on the year when they score in the first inning and 15-2 when scoring first.

LATE LEADS

TOP OF THE LINEUP
Yanni Acuña leads the Sun Devils with a .412 batting average and 42 hits. She has a team-high 14 multi-hit games with 21 RBIs and has reached base in 32 of the 34 games this season.

Acuña is sixth in the Pac-12 in average, and she ranks fifth in slugging (.755), seventh in doubles (9) and runs (33), eighth in total bases (77), and 11th in home runs (8).

THE JORDYN RULES
Jordyn VanHook sits atop the Pac-12 with 15 home runs, and her 0.44 home runs per game lead the country. She is hitting a home run every 6.3 at bats, and twice this season, she homered in four consecutive games.

VanHook is slugging .853 to rank second in the conference and 13th in the NCAA. She is batting .326 with five doubles, 29 RBIs, and 25 runs scored.

BROWN FROM THE BULLPEN
Kenzie Brown anchors the pitching staff from her bullpen role. She leads the Sun Devils with a 2.76 ERA, going 10-1 with 68 strikeouts and a .213 opponent batting average.

She ranks sixth in the Pac-12 at 7.52 strikeouts per seven innings while sitting ninth in wins and 13th in ERA. Brown recently went a career-best 13 consecutive innings without allowing a run.
