NEW ORLEANS, LA. - Head coach Dion Miller continues to push ASU toward the top of the national polls. The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) released the week three outdoor rating index and Arizona State track and field features at No. 9 on the men's side and No. 22 on the women's side. The men have been top-12 for three straight weeks now, while the women are the highest they've been all year.

ASU's men have been ranked seventh, 11th and ninth this year. The women have been 36th, 43rd and now 22nd. Both the men and women finished ninth at the 2021 NCAA Championships. It's been a good season for the Sun Devils so far. Thirty-six Sun Devil marks across the men's and women's programs are sitting in the top-50 in the country-the top-48 individuals in each event and top-24 relays go to their respective NCAA East and West preliminary sites. ASU has three meets left in the regular season. The historic Mt. SAC Relays run this weekend Thursday-Saturday in Walnut, Calif., followed by ASU's final home meet  April 22-23 - the ASU Twilight Invite. The season concludes April 30 at Arizona's Desert Heat Classic. The Pac-12 Championships run May 13-15 at Oregon's Hayward Field, followed by NCAA West Prelims May 26-28 at Arkansas, and finally the national championships June 8-11 back at Hayward Field in Eugene, Oregon.
