Tempe - Sun Devil Men's Tennis returns to the courts on Wednesday at 1p.m. for a home contest against No. 19 Texas A&M. The match can be viewed on the ASU Live Stream and attendance is free and open to the public. A&M are the Devil's first ranked opponents of the year and one of four potential top-25 matchups in the next few weeks.

The Sun Devils are coming back after their 7-0 home opener win against Grand Canyon last Friday. ASU came out strong in doubles with wins by Max McKennon and Fabien Salle (6-1), along with Murphy Cassone and Jacob Bullard (6-2), and Nicola Cigna and George Stoupe finishing it off with a 6-4 win. The Sun Devils continued their hot streak in singles play by taking the first set on all courts. The Lopes fought back but it wasn't enough as the Sun Devils took the win.
The Aggies are coming to Tempe for their first dual match and road game of the year.

The Aggies wrapped up play at the Sherwood Intercollegiate on Monday, posting a smattering of impressive performances against No. 9 USC, No. 16 Stanford and No. 25 UCLA. Highlighting the remarkable results were Matthis Ross with a win against No. 35 Peter Makk and No. 74 Raphael Perot over No. 40 Lodewijk Weststrate, both of USC. Freshman Mathis Bondaz made the most of his first two opportunities in the Maroon & White, tallying his first two collegiate wins against Eric Hahn of UCLA and Ryder Jackson of USC.
Wednesday's dual match will feature four ranked singles players and two ranked doubles teams. Joining No. 74 Perot in the singles rankings are No. 80 Luke Casper and No. 115 Noah Schachter for the Aggies; Arizona State is represented by No. 118 Max McKennon in the latest singles rankings. Austin Abbrat and Schachter are the highest ranked doubles tandem between the two schools at No. 35 while McKennon and Fabein Salle are No. 42 for Arizona State.

Following A&M, the No. 3 Texas Longhorns come to Tempe Sunday, Jan. 23. ASU then heads to Chapel Hill, North Carolina for the ITA Kickoff Weekends where they opened against No. 6 Ohio State before taking on either Northwestern or No. 14 UNC.
