Kimani Lawrence had his third double-double in four games with 14 points and 12 rebounds.

In a back-and-forth men's basketball game that saw 10 lead changes and six ties and neither team getting a double-digit lead, San Diego State outlasted the Sun Devils 65-63 Thursday evening at Viejas Arena as ASU couldn't continue its non-conference road success.

ASU – who entered the game 8-2 in non-conference road games under Bobby Hurley, the second-best mark in his tenure in the nation – could not overcome .373 shooting (22-of-59) and was outscored 17-8 in points off turnovers. ASU led 39-30 before the first timeout of the second half, but SDSU went on a 12-0 run to start a see-saw second half.

Kimani Lawrence was solid again for ASU as he notched his third double-double in four games with 14 points and 12 rebounds on 7-of-10 shooting, while Marreon Jackson had 16 points, seven rebounds and seven assists.

ASU will next face defending NCAA champion and ninth-ranked Baylor on Wednesday, Nov. 24 at 7:30 p.m. ET/5:30 p.m. MT in Atlantis on ESPN2.
