- No through traffic will be permitted northbound or southbound on Rio at Mill, Scottsdale, and no south at McClintock
- Local Traffic southbound at 202 and Scottsdale will only be allowed access to businesses on the north side of Rio Salado (Marina Heights/AC Hotel/Salt/State Farm Campus)
- Southbound traffic on McClintock approaching the 202 will be diverted onto the eastbound 202 on ramp
- Northbound traffic on McClintock may proceed through Rio Salado to access Tempe Market Place and the City of Scottsdale
