CAMBRIDGE - Sun Devil Men's Tennis will be competing at Harvard's annual fall Crimson Chowderfest in Cambridge, Mass. at the Beren Tennis Center and the Murr Center Tennis Courts Sept. 24-26.  ASU will face competiton from against Florida, Harvard, and/or Michigan and Cal-Berkeley. Matches held indoors at the Murr Center Tennis Courts can be streamed on ESPN+ while live streaming is not available for matches at the Beren Tennis Center.

The singles and doubles tournament will kick off Friday with the Sun Devils facing Harvard at 2:00 p.m. Harvard will bring strong competition with 2019-2020 Chowder Fest singles champion Henry Von Der Schulenburg. The sophomore is on a hot streak after defeating USC's nationally ranked Lodewijk Weststrate at the Milwaukee Tennis Classic. The Crimson also had senior Brian Shi defeat LSU's No. 24 Ronnie Hohmann. The captain has been competing in both singles and doubles. 
 
Saturday's action will pick up for the Sun Devils at 11:00 a.m. when they'll see competition from Florida, the defending NCAA national champions. The Gators have a strong team of nationally-ranked athletes. Captain Sam Riffice is ranked No. 2 after becoming the 2021 NCAA Singles Champion and the 2021 SEC Champion. Given the No. 14 rank, senior Andy Andrade has been off to a strong start this season. After going 3-0 in singles this season with a win from his match against No. 16 Connor Thomson of South Carolina, Andrade is nearing the record for all-time career single wins.
 
The weekend concludes Sunday at 10:00 a.m. when the joint team of Cal-Berkeley and Michigan takes on the Sun Devils. Cal-Berkeley will bring in senior Yuta Kikkichi who is ranked No. 124 and is in the pre-qualifying field for singles in the ITA All-American Championships. Together with Carl Emil Overbeck, the pair recently won the Battle in the Bay Classic doubles title. Competing for Michigan, the Wolverines have the duo of Nino Ehranschneider, who went 7-0 in doubles last season, and No. 89 Andrew Fenty. Fenty held a 14-3 overall record (5-0 in tournament play) at No. 1 doubles for the Wolverines last season.
