TEMPE - The Sun Devils are back in action this weekend for one final tune-up before NCAA Indoor Track and Field Champions start next month. ASU competes in the Championships at the Park at the Air Force Academy Thursday-Saturday this week. Eighteen Sun Devils will rep the Maroon and Gold. The meet kicks off Thursday at 11 a.m. for the heptathlon and pentathlon. The bulk of the events start at 9 a.m. Friday, and the final day starts at 10 a.m. Saturday. A live stream and live results will run throughout the weekend.

ASU's men rank No. 20 in the nation, while the women come in at No. 31. ASU's travel party includes women's pole vaulters No. 11 Hayley Rayburn, No. 24 Sevanna Hanson, and No. 34 Tommi Hintnaus. The trio makes ASU one of one of three programs with three-ranked women pole vaulters. The group is all coming off the Texas Tech Shootout where Rayburn set a new program record after going 4.32m/14' 2".
Also traveling are No. 1 men's shot putter Turner Washingtin and No. 4 women's shot putter Jorinde van Klinken. Washington broke the NCAA indoor record at Texas Tech after going 21.85m, and van Kllinken set a PR when she threw 17.67m.
The men's side also includes No. 8 60m hurdlers Jamar Marshall Jr. and Kentre Patterson who both ran 7.78 so far this season. No. 18 men's vaulter Cole Riddle (5.32m) and No. 18 Dubem Nwackukwu (400m dash, 46.51).
