TEMPE - The 24th-ranked Sun Devils are a perfect 2-0 at Whiteman Tennis Center following a 7-0 sweep of Northern Arizona Sunday afternoon. The shutout is ASU's third of the season and second at home and featured four two-set sweeps in singles. Senior Tereza Kolarova and freshman Giulia Morlet remain perfect in both singles and doubles, and freshman Marianna Argyrokastriti is a perfect 4-0 in doubles play.

Doubles
Argyrokastriti and senior Sammi Hampton were the first off the courts in doubles, winning No. 3 6-1. The victory was the pairs third together. ASU clinched the point with another 6-1 win, this time from court two pairing Kolarova/Morlet. No. 50 doubles pair Ilze Hattingh/Lauryn John-Baptiste were ahead 5-2 at No. 1 but their match wen unfinished.
 
Singles
Kolarova wrapped up her singles match first, winning 6-1, 6-1 at No. 6 for the second consecutive match to put the Sun Devils ahead 2-0. She was followed by Argyrokastriti on court five who went 6-3, 6-1. John-Baptiste followed with a 6-2, 6-2 sweep at No. 3 to clinch the match and earn her first home singles victory of the season, and No. 115 Hampton won No. 2 6-4, 6-2. Morlet started off on the wrong foot at no. 4, losing her opening set 3-6 before rallying back to earn a pair of 6-0 set victories.
 
All eyes then settled on court one where No. 37 Hattingh battled to a three-set tiebreak against Gina Dittmann. After narrowly taking the opening from 7-5, Hattingh went down 6-7 in set two. She then settled into a groove and dug back to win the match 10-8 and earn her second singles victory of the season.
