TEMPE, Ariz. – After a weekend split in Columbus, which featured taking down No. 38 Kentucky before a tough loss to No. 6 Ohio State, No. 26 Sun Devil women's tennis returns home for a doubleheader Saturday at Whiteman Tennis Center.

Match one against Texas Tech was moved from 11 a.m. to 10 a.m., while the second part of the doubleheader against Cal Poly will start at 3 p.m. Both matches will be streamed live on ASU Live Stream channel 3 here.

"We're looking forward to a long yet tough day at Whiteman this weekend as we near the completion of our non-conference schedule," said head coach Sheila McInerney. "We need to finish this stretch strong before jumping into our first Pac-12 match next weekend at Oregon, so we look forward to battling on Saturday."

For the Sun Devils, the senior trio of Ilze Hattingh, Savannah Slaysman and Sammi Hampton are all ranked in singles. Hattingh comes in at No. 38 on court one, Slaysman is at No. 91 on court six, and Hampton at No. 120 on court two.

Texas Tech (4-5) is a seasoned bunch this season, playing five top-40 teams so far this season. The Lady Red Raiders are coming off a road victory at TCU, sweeping singles after losing doubles for a 4-1 win. This came a week after a tight 3-4 loss against Denver in Lubbock – now ranked No. 34 – and 5-2 loss at the hands of No. 3 NC State.

The Lady Red Raiders feature a ranked doubles pair in Lisa Mays and Nell Miller who come in at No. 50 in last week's rankings. Margarita Skriabina is ranked No. 107 in singles, and has recently played on courts three and four.

Cal Poly (7-1) has handled business in California so far this season, playing all eight matches within the state until this weekend. Other than their 6-1 loss to San Diego State, the Lady Mustangs have surrendered just six points in their other seven matches.
