TEMPE, Ariz. – Through August 5, Sun Devil Athletics is partnering with Someburros restaurants to provide meals and tickets to a future Sun Devil men's basketball game to frontline workers as a thank you for their continued service in our community during this time.
With each $10 donation to this cause, a meal will be provided directly to local frontline workers.

Under head coach Bobby Hurley, the Sun Devils have won 20 or more games each of the last three seasons and have made consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances for the first time since 1980-81. Before the cancellation of the 2019-20 season, the Sun Devils were on the verge of qualifying for their third-straight NCAA Tournament for the first time since 1963.
With 10 locations throughout the Valley and Flagstaff, every dish on the Someburros menu tells the unique story of the Vasquez Family and their first restaurant Poncho's, which opened in South Phoenix in 1972, showcasing the family's signature, time-tested recipes for authentic Sonoran-style Mexican Food. In 1986, Isabel and her husband Eusevio's son George and his wife Mary opened the first Someburros, quickly gaining a loyal clientele of diners who, generation after generation, returned again and again craving the restaurant's signature dishes and warm atmosphere.
