Woods, the 2017-18 Big Sky Conference Freshman of the Year, a 2018-19 second-team All-Big Sky Conference pick and a 2019-20 first-team pick while playing at Portland State, has transferred and joined the Sun Devil program to play a final season. He is the Portland State career assist leader (521) and steals (165) and fifth in points (1,387).

The fifth-best scorer in the Big Sky in 2019-20 (17.7 points per game) he also averaged 5.2 assists (second in league) and 2.1 steals (conference leader) while shooting .842 from the free throw line. He posted 13 20-point games and two 30-point tilts and had streaks of 27 and 19 made free throws.

ON THE ROAD
He also did it on the big stage with 27 points at Indiana on Nov. 9 and put 23 points and seven rebounds at Oregon State on Dec. 1. He was named Big Sky Conference Player of the Week on Dec. 3 after averaging 21.7 ppg, 4.3 rpg, 3.3 apg in three games.
