TEMPE -- In anticipation of inclement weather in the Phoenix Valley, the Arizona State Softball team (21-7) moved the start time against South Dakota to noon on Tuesday, March 10 at Farrington Stadium. The single-game matchup was originally scheduled to throw first pitch at 6 p.m. on Tuesday.

This is the second ASU softball game affected by rain this season - the first against No. 12 Tennessee was rain-delayed and eventually resumed the next day.

The Sun Devils are on a four-game winning streak with big bats leading the charge. In the last four games, ASU scored 41 runs and held its opponents to only three. As the NCAA home run leaders, the Sun Devils knocked another 12 homers out of the park during the ASU Invitational last weekend to notch a total of 48 dingers in 28 games played.
