TEMPE, Ariz. – The Pac-12 Conference today announced the weekly conference matchups and site designations for the league's 2019-20 women's basketball season.
The announcement reflects the games being played and the home/away designations each week of the Pac-12 regular season. Specific dates and times for each game within a week will be announced at a later date after selections by the league's television partners are finalized.
The weekly matchups and site designations for the 2019-20 regular season have been determined based on the league's current annual 18-game rotation model.
The Sun Devils will open league play the last weekend in December when they host Arizona.
ASU will spend the first weekend of 2020 in the City of Angels for contests at UCLA and USC. The Sun Devils will then return for home contests against 2019 NCAA Final Four participant Oregon and Oregon State before going back on the road to face Washington and Washington State.
The fourth week of January begins a stretch in which ASU will have rematches four straight weekends: at Arizona, vs. USC and UCLA, at Oregon State and Oregon, and vs. Washington State and Washington.
ASU will play only one contest this season against Colorado and Utah and the Bay Area schools. The Sun Devils will travel north the penultimate weekend of Pac-12 play to face the Buffaloes and Utes before closing out the regular season with home contests against Cal and Stanford.
The Sun Devils finished 15th in the nation in 2018-19, setting school records for consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances (six) and 20-win seasons (six). ASU won a pair of games in the 2019 NCAA Tournament and advanced to the Sweet 16 for the fifth time since 2005.
