TEMPE, Ariz. – After traveling the nation this season from Hawaii to Chicago and California to Nashville and everywhere in between, #17 Sun Devil women's golf will stay in the state of Arizona for the remainder of the regular season, starting with a trip down south for Arizona's Wildcat Invitational Mar. 10-11.

This will be ASU's first Wildcat Invitational since 2015-16, an outing in which they finished second as a team behind Linnea Strom and Monica Vaughn's second and third-place individual finishes.

The 54-hole tournament will be played at Sewailo Golf Club in Tucson, the site of the 2017 Pac-12 Championships, where the Sun Devils competed just prior to winning their 2017 NCAA Championship.

The 17-team field includes the host #9 Wildcats, #17 ASU, #25 Purdue, Denver, Fresno State, GCU, Iowa, Iowa State, Long Beach State, Michigan, NAU, New Mexico, New Mexico State, Oregon, Oregon State, San Diego State, and UNLV.

Teams will play 36 holes Monday and 18 Tuesday with shotgun starts scheduled for both days, at 7:30 am PT on Monday and 8 am PT on Tuesday.

Last time out, Arizona State had their best outing of the spring to date as Olivia Mehaffey won the individual title at the Bruin Wave Invitational, co-hosted by Pepperdine and UCLA. ASU finished third overall as a team.

After this week, the Sun Devils' regular season finale will be their own PING/ASU Invitational, for the first time at Papago Golf Course Mar. 29-31.
