TEMPE, Ariz. – The postseason officially beings as No. 21 Arizona State gymnastics prepares for the Pac-12 Gymnastics Championships this Saturday, taking place at the Maverik Center in Utah.
 
The Sun Devils (11-10) will participate in the first of two sessions, which will begin at 1 p.m. MDT. Both sessions will be televised live on the Pac-12 Network. No. 18 Washington, Stanford and Arizona will be the other three teams competing alongside ASU.
 
After the most recent meet at home on March 13, the Gym Devils are riding high. They scored their second highest score of the year, a 196.550, and earned their third ranked win this season by taking down No. 14 BYU. In the Road to Nationals rankings, Arizona State is in the top 25 for vault (20), bars (20) and beam (21). The vault ranking is the highest of any team in the first session.
 
Cairo Leonard-Baker, the reigning Pac-12 Newcomer/Freshman of the Year, won her third all-around title last week with a 39.425, including a 9.900 on floor that tied for that event title as well. In the rankings, she continues to shine on bars where she is currently tied for No. 12 with a 9.898 average. She is also ranked high in the all-around, checking in at No. 26.
