Junior guard Remy Martin has earned Pac-12 Player of the Week for the second time in his career after his career-best 33-point performance at Princeton on Nov. 26.
He played all 40 minutes in reaching his career high, as the Sun Devils notched a 67-65 comeback road win. He was 13-of-23 from the floor that included 23 second-half points on 9-of-14 field goals and three three-pointers. He scored or assisted on the team's final 24 points as ASU erased a seven-point deficit in the final eight minutes and registered its 23rd halftime comeback win under Coach Bobby Hurley.
He posted three assists, two of them on late three-pointers by Khalid Thomas in the final 70 seconds, including the game-winner with just over three seconds left. He already has four 20-point games (11 in career) and is averaging 21.7 points per game this year after averaging 11.3 in his first two years.
