HUDDLESTON, Va. – Arizona State women's triathlon delivered another first place finish as a team, placing three women in the top-5 – including the top two spots – and all five Sun Devil finishers in the top-7 in their final regular season race of 2019. The finish is the squad's eighth-straight top mark as a team dating back to the 2017 season.
Ricca followed in second place with a time of 59:50, and Catherine Giuseffi took fourth at 1:02:36. Rebecca Naughton and Olivia Jenks rounded out the Sun Devils in competition placing sixth and seventh, respectively.
Looking at overall results from all three regular season races, the Sun Devils again dominated. The 2019 squad took 11 of the top-20 overall times among all three divisions of collegiate triathlon, including the only two sub-hour marks.
