TEMPE, Ariz. — After three matches at home early in the season, the Sun Devils will be on the road for the next month, first at the 39th annual Virginia Duals in Hampton, Va. Jan. 11-12.
Arizona State will face Oklahoma Friday morning at 9 am ET/7 am MT with the winner advancing to face the winner of Lock Haven/Virginia on Saturday at 2 pm ET/12 noon MT. The championship will be Saturday at 8:30 pm ET/6:30 pm MT (Full bracket attached on second page of notes).
The reigning champion Sun Devils will look to defend their title from a season ago. ASU defeated Virginia, 35-3, and Iowa State, 25-13, on day one before finding a place in the gold bracket, defeating No. 11 Northern Iowa, 24-16, and No. 9 Virginia Tech, 21-15, on the final day en route to their first-ever Virginia duals championship.
