TEMPE, Ariz. – No. 19 Arizona State gymnastics is back on the road this week to compete in a tri-meet with No. 14 BYU and No. 18 California in Berkeley, California this Saturday.
The Gym Devils (3-3) earned season-best event totals in vault and floor in their last meet with 49.050 and 49.225, respectively. After continued strong performances on bars, ASU is now ranked No. 12 in the nation in that event. Additionally, the team is ranked in the top 25 on beam (18) and floor (21).
Cairo Leonard-Baker continues to shine for the Sun Devils. In the last meet, she scored a 39.450 in the all-around, her best so far this year. She is ranked No. 12 in the nation in bars, No. 21 in floor and No. 25 in the all-around.
