TEMPE, Ariz. – Fresh off of a solid road performance last weekend, No. 19 Arizona State gymnastics will travel for a dual meet with the defending national champions No. 2 UCLA on Monday.
 
The Gym Devils (3-1) improved their score in the second week, earning a 195.675 at Texas Woman's University last Saturday. Their season average is now 195.338 after two meets, putting them at No. 19 in the Road to Nationals Rankings. As a team, ASU is ranked No. 17 on floor.
 
After two meets, Cairo Leonard-Baker leads the Sun Devils with an all-around average of 39.113. She has earned 9.900s on bars and floor, the only one on the team so far to earn a 9.900. Anne Kuhm, another all-around Gym Devil, is coming off of a strong weekend where she took second in the all-around with a 39.175.

  • The Bruins are the reigning 2019 national champions and are currently No. 2 in the Road to Nationals Rankings. They have an average of 197.475 with a season-high of 197.700, which they earned last week.
  • UCLA is in the top five for each event. The Bruins are first in the nation on floor, second on beam, fourth on bars and fifth on vault.
  • The Sun Devils are traveling to Los Angeles for a dual meet against the Bruins for the first time since 2016. ASU took second in the meet with a 192.950.
