The Norman regional features seven Golfstat top-25 teams, including No. 2 Texas, No. 7 Wake Forest, No. 10 Florida, as well as No. 18 Oklahoma, No. 24 TCU, and No. 25 Pepperdine. The regional also has its fair share of star power, with five of the Top-15 individuals in the Golfstat Player Rankings competing in Norman. Arizona State's own Olivia Mehaffey, who recently became the school's 13th Pac-10/12 Individual Champion, came in at No. 12 in the most recent rankings.

"Right now, we are busy taking finals and will get to travel to Oklahoma when the spring semester is finished," Coach Farr-Kaye mentioned. "The Jimmie Austin Golf Club is a very good golf course to host a Regional and we are looking forward to playin in Oklahoma."

Home to the University of Oklahoma's Golf programs, Jimmie Austin Golf Club originally opened back in 1951. It went under a major renovation in 1996 with World-renowned course architect Robert Cupp chosen for the redesign. The course has played host to the 1997 Oklahoma State Amateur and NCAA Regional, the Big 12 Women's Championship in 1998 and 2010, and most notably the U.S. Amateur Public Links Championship in 2009. The course most recently hosted the 2013 U.S. Women's Amateur Public Links Championship and NCAA Regionals in 2012 (men's) and 2013 (women's).

The other three regional sites are Cle Elum, Washington, Opelika, Alabama and East Lansing, Michigan. Nine of 11 Pac-12 teams made NCAA Regionals, a testament to the strength of the best conference in women's golf, with USC and Stanford earning No. 1 overall seeds in their respective regionals. For the fifth consecutive year, Golf Channel will provide coverage of the NCAA Men's and Women's Golf National Championship round, with more than 100 hours of content scheduled. Live results for the regional will be available on Golfstat.com.
