Registration is now open for teams and individuals who would like to sign up for this year's Charli Turner Thorne basketball camps.
Turner Thorne and her coaching staff will be hosting a team camp (June 14-16) and an individual camp (June 17-20).
The individual camp (running daily from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.) will be for girls and boys from grades 2-12. Groups will be divided into two divisions: 2nd-6th grade and 7th-12th grade.
Division 1: (7th- 12th grade)
This division is for players interested in becoming the best they can be. ASU coaches and players will teach and drill the fundamentals of shooting, one-on-one moves, position work, passing, ball handling, rebounding, defense, and much more.
Division 2: (2nd- 6th grade)
This division will offer young players instruction in various basketball "Fun"damentals and a chance to improve already developed skills. For young basketball enthusiasts there is no better way to spend your summer.
Registration deadline for individual camp is June 15, 2019.
Team camp, which is open to club and high school teams grades 9-12, is geared toward squads interested in the opportunity to work on individual and team skills in games and during skill development conducted by head coach Charli Turner Thorne and her staff. Eligible teams must have a coach. Each team will play at least five games, including a Coaches/Players Skills Clinic. Registration deadline is June 3, 2019.
