NORMAN, Okla. – The fall Arnold Palmer Cup Ranking for 2019 has been released and Arizona State women's golf's Raquel Olmos (Spain) and Olivia Mehaffey (Northern Ireland) have been named to the watch list, both for the international team.

The top six men's and women's golfers (12 total) from the final spring ranking from both the U.S. and International sides will be among the 24 individuals selected to compete in the 2019 Palmer Cup at The Alotian Club in Roland, Ark. June 7-9. The remaining six men's and women's spots for each team will consist of committee selections and coaches picks.

In 2018, Mehaffey was part of the first year in which women were included in the Ryder Cup-style competition, joining fellow Sun Devils on the men's side including, most recently, Jon Rahm in 2014.

At the end of competition, Mehaffey was awarded the Michael Carter "Junior" Memorial Award given to the Palmer Cup participants – one male, one female – who best represent the qualities and ideals of sportsmanship, integrity, and upholding of the game. The award is named in remembrance of Michael Carter, a member of the Penn State men's golf team who died in a car accident in 2002.

The next Arnold Palmer Cup Ranking will be announced Feb. 13. For more information, visit www.arnoldpalmercup.com.
