BANDON, Ore. – The @SunDevilMGolf team continued its solid play in round two of the ninth annual Bandon Dunes Championship, as the Sun Devils maintained their lead and are five strokes ahead of second place Utah. ASU shot a 6-under 278 for the day and improving their overall score to 11-under.
Chun An Yu leads the way for the Sun Devils and pulled into sole possession of first place after finishing tied for the lead in the first round. The sophomore shot a 68 and improved to 9-under for the tournament. Second for the Sun Devils is Alex del Rey, who is currently tied for tenth after posting a 72.
Blake Wagoner was ASU's third golfer finishing tied T-12. Wagoner made his impact on the leader board pushing up 12 spots after finishing tied for 33 on day 1.
Rounding out the Sun Devil squad are Koichiro Ishika and Mason Andersen finished tied for 37 and 55, respectively.
Also making an impression is Tobias Eden competing as an individual for the Sun Devils. Eden has pushed into a tie for fifth place posting a 68 and 69 in the first two rounds.
