Pierre Louis Dodens joined the Sun Devils last fall from Geneva, Switzerland. The Swede began playing tennis at the age of eight and before joining the Devils was ranked as high as No. 1,740 on the junior ITF Circuit, holding a career 1-2 record in singles and 4-3 in doubles. As a part of the Starting Six series, Dodens answered six questions so fans can get to know him better.
What is at the top of your bucket list?
Flying a plane is at the top of my bucket list. I think it's really cool and I want to have that feeling of flying a plane.
What is something you wish you were good at but you aren't?
Painting, definitely. I thinks it's very beautiful, it's an art and I really love it. I'm a really bad painter.
If you were invisible for a month, what would you do?
I would travel the world. I would travel the world and do everything I cannot do because I'm visible.
What is the most embarrassing moment you can remember?
It was probably in high school. I threw a yogurt at a guy who was playing hockey. He got back at me by putting apple puree in my hair. It was not a good day because it was the first day of class so everybody remembers this.
If you were another person, would you be your own friend?
Yeah, sure. I always try to be the best version of myself.
What is your favorite American food?
Probably burgers. Yeah, burgers. I love burgers and I love meat in general.
