TEMPE, Ariz. – The ANNIKA Foundation and Haskins Commission has announced the first ANNIKA Award Watch List of the spring and Arizona State women's golf sophomore Olivia Mehaffey has earned a place on the list (5th).

Mehaffey has earned four top-10 finishes in six tournaments this season highlighted by co-medalist honors at the Northrop Grumman Regional Challenge last weekend. Mehaffey is ranked No. 9 by Golfweek and No. 11 in Women's World Amateur Golf Rankings (WAGR).

The ANNIKA Award Presented by 3M is the only award that is voted upon by players, coaches, SID's, and golf media, not by a committee vote. Voting opens at the end of NCAA Regionals and goes through the end of the NCAA Tournament.

The winner of the ANNIKA Award receives an exemption into the LPGA's Major Championship The Evian.

Three of the top-5 hail from the Pac-12 Conference as Mehaffey is joined by Andrea Lee (Stanford), Lauren Stephenson (Alabama), Maria Fassi (Arkansas), and Lilia Vu (UCLA) on the list. Numbers 6-10 include Sierra Brooks (Florida), Sophia Schubert (Texas), Patty Tavatanakit (UCLA), Kristen Gillman (Alabama), and Leona Maguire (Duke).

As a team, ASU has earned four top-3 and five top-5 finishes this season, including a win in the Windy City College earlier this fall.

The No. 6/11 Sun Devils have one more week to prepare before traveling to the Darius Rucker Invitational next weekend (Mar. 2-4) in Hilton Head, S.C.
