February Means More Than 30 Home Events For @TheSunDevilsFebruary Means More Than 30 Home Events For @TheSunDevils

February has arrived, which means 36 home events with teams visiting from 29 different schools to compete against 12 Sun Devil teams. The Devils head into the month with seven teams ranked in the top 25 of their respective sports. Check out all the events hosted by the Sun Devils in the next month.

FRIDAY-SUNDAY, FEB. 2-4: WATER POLO HOSTS ASU CROSS CONFERENCE CHALLENGE (PRINCETON, HAWAII, LOYOLA MARYMOUNT, UC SAN DIEGO) (ASU Live Stream)
The No. 5 Sun Devils will open their home slate at Mona Plummer Aquatic Center after kicking off the season with wins over Cal Baptist, No. 8 Michigan and No. 13 Indiana at the UCSB Water Invitational in January. The Devils will face off against four teams over the course of the three-day tournament.

FRIDAY, FEB. 2: WOMEN'S TENNIS VS. UNLV (1:30 p.m./ASU Live Stream-2)
The No. 22 Sun Devil women's tennis team swept Northern Arizona University 7-0 on Jan. 20 to open their spring slate. After a road trip to the ITA National Kick-Off Weekend at Oklahoma State, the Devils will return to Whiteman Tennis Center to match up against the UNLV Rebels.

The Sun Devils return from a trip to the Bay Area to play the Washington Huskies. The team will be celebrating National Girls & Women in Sports Day by hosting a pre-game clinic.

SATURDAY, FEB. 3: SWIM/DIVE VS. ARIZONA (1 p.m./ASU Live Stream)
Both the men's and women's swimming and diving squads will compete against rival Arizona. The men moved up three spots on Jan. 31 to a No. 7 ranking.

SUNDAY, FEB. 4: WOMEN'S TENNIS VS. GONZAGA (11 a.m./ASU Live Stream-2)
The Sun Devils will host the 'Zags before heading to Madison, Wis. for the National Team Indoors the following weekend (Feb. 8-11).

SUNDAY, FEB. 4: WOMEN'S BASKETBALL VS. WASHINGTON STATE (2 p.m./ASU Live Stream)
The Sun Devils continue conference action with a contest against the Washington State Cougars. As part of the 2017-18 promotional calendar, all kids 8th grade and younger receive free admission at the Wells Fargo Arena Box Office.

THURSDAY-SUNDAY, FEB. 8-11: SOFTBALL HOSTS KAJIKAWA CLASSIC (TENNESSEE, PURDUE, NEBRASKA, NOTRE DAME, INDIANA, ST. MARY'S)
The opening tournament sees No. 23 ASU hosting 27 teams for 76 games over four days at Farrington Softball Stadium and the Tempe Sports Complex. The Kajikawa Classic is a nationally acclaimed tournament that the Sun Devils have hosted every year since the softball team began, in 1966. The Devils will face-off against six teams over the weekend and all games will be broadcast on the Pac-12 Network.

THURSDAY, FEB. 8: MEN'S BASKETBALL VS. USC (9 p.m./ESPN2)
The No. 25 Devils return from a road trip to the Washington schools to continue Pac-12 play against the USC Trojans.

FRIDAY, FEB. 9: WRESTLING VS. LEHIGH (7 p.m./ASU Live Stream)
No. 8 Sun Devil Wrestling remains undefeated in the new year, extending their winning streak to 10, the third longest in program history, after wins over CSU Bakersfield, Oregon State and Stanford. The Sun Devils' 24-15 victory over Stanford also marked their first win in five years over the Cardinal. No. 1 Zahid Valencia, Pac-12 Wrestler of the Week, continued his dominance winning his 22nd and 23rd match of the season to remain a perfect 23-0. The  came only 1:33 into the match by way of pin to give the Sun Devils a 6-0 lead over the Beavers they would never give up. The Sun Devils return for the final home match of the season on Feb. 9 at 7 p.m. It will be senior night with a marquee matchup against No. 7 Lehigh. Seniors Ali NaserChristian PagdilaoJacen PetersenOliver Pierce and Jason Tsirtsis will be recognized for their contributions to the program.

FRIDAY-SATURDAY, FEB. 9-10: MEN'S TENNIS HOSTS ASU INVITATIONAL (LOYOLA MARYMOUNT, CAL POLY, FRESNO STATE)
After facing three straight ranked opponents, the Sun Devils host LMU, Cal Poly and Fresno State in its ASU Invitational at Whiteman Tennis Center. The 2018 season marks the first for the Sun Devils, who were reinstated after a decade-long hiatus following a loss in the 2008 NCAA Tournament. Admission to all tennis events is free.

SATURDAY, FEB. 10: MEN'S BASKETBALL VS. UCLA (5 p.m./Pac-12 Network)
The Sun Devils close out their weekend hosting the Los Angeles schools with a match-up against the UCLA Bruins Saturday evening. 

THURSDAY, FEB. 15: MEN'S BASKETBALL VS. ARIZONA (7 p.m./ESPN or ESPN2)
The Sun Devils look to gain one half point in the Territorial Cup Series as they take on the rival Wildcats in Tempe.

FRIDAY-SUNDAY, FEB. 16-18: SOFTBALL HOSTS LITTLEWOOD CLASSIC (NORTH DAKOTA, ILLINOIS STATE, TEXAS STATE, SAN DIEGO) (ASU Live Stream-2)
The annual Littlewood Classic, now in its 13th year, honors the first head coach of Sun Devil Softball, Mary Littlewood, who coached from 1967-1989 and was a staple and founder of many women's sports at ASU. This year, the Devils face off against North Dakota, Illinois State, Texas State and San Diego over the course of the three-day tournament. All four games will be broadcast on ASU Live Stream-2.

FRIDAY-SUNDAY, FEB. 16-18: BASEBALL VS. MIAMI (OHIO) (ASU Live Stream)
The Sun Devils kick off the 2018 season with a four-game series against Miami (Ohio). 

FRIDAY, FEB. 16: WOMEN'S BASKETBALL VS. ARIZONA (7 p.m./Pac-12 Network)
The women's hoops team competes against rival Arizona for a half-point in the Territorial Cup Series, just two days before they head to Tucson to match up again.

SATURDAY, FEB. 17: GYMNASTICS VS. WASHINGTON (11:30 a.m./Pac-12 Network)
The Gym Devils have drawn national attention early in the 2018 season, starting off 5-1 and continuing to move up in the Road to Nationals standings. In the effort against the California Golden Bears on Jan. 28, the team posted 196.800, their highest team score since 2006. The Devils return to Tempe after two weeks on the road to host the ranked Washington Huskies.

SATURDAY, FEB. 17: WOMEN'S TENNIS VS. SANTA CLARA (12 p.m.)
The Sun Devils return home for a single event hosting Santa Clara before heading to Kentucky and Ohio State the following weekend (Feb. 23 and 25).

FRIDAY, FEB. 23: WOMEN'S BASKETBALL VS. OREGON (6 p.m./Pac-12 Network)
The Devils host the Oregon schools for the weekend, beginning with the 2017 Pac-12 regular season champions on Friday night. The team will welcome former Sun Devils for alumni night.

FRIDAY- SUNDAY, FEB. 23-25: BASEBALL VS. ST. MARY'S (ASU Live Stream)
The Sun Devils host St. Mary's of California in a three-game series to continue non-conference play.

SATURDAY, FEB. 24: GYMNASTICS VS. ARIZONA (4 p.m./ASU Live Stream-2)
The Gym Devils host rival Arizona for the final home meet of the season, competing for a point in the Territorial Cup Series.

SUNDAY, FEB. 25: WOMEN'S BASKETBALL VS. OREGON STATE (2 p.m./Pac-12 Network)
The Sun Devils host the 2017 Pac-12 regular season champions in the regular season finale. The game will be the program's annual Pink game for breast cancer awareness.
