TEMPE, Ariz. – The Arizona State women's swim/dive team, who is receiving votes in the latest College Swim Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) poll, heads north to the Evergreen State this weekend for a dual meet at Washington State on Saturday, Jan. 13 at 12 noon MT.

LAST TIME OUT
The Sun Devil women's divers closed 2017 with a home meet, cruising to a 32-6 victory on Dec. 31. The Devils went 1-2-3 in both the 1-meter and 3-meter dives, with Ashley McCool (1-meter) and Mara Aiacoboae (3-meter) trading the top spot, finishing second in the other respective dive. Frida Kaellgren finished third in both for ASU.
Women's swim last competed at the Art Adamson Invitational in November, earning a third-place finish behind No. 3 Texas A&M and No. 1 Stanford, improving upon their fourth-place finish in 2016.
THE OPPONENT
This will be the seventh all-time meeting between the Sun Devils and Cougars and ASU holds a 4-2 advantage over the Cougars but has dropped the last two meetings. This is Arizona State's first trip to Pullman since Oct. 24, 2014 and last time facing WSU since Oct. 22, 2015.

The No. 10 Sun Devil men and the ASU women will have two of their toughest tests of the season next weekend on back-to-back days at No. 1/3 Cal (Jan. 19) and No. 5/2 Stanford (Jan. 20). A new CSCAA poll will be released Jan. 17.
