TEMPE, Ariz. – The Arizona State men's and women's diving teams close out the year with a diving-only home meet Dec. 31 at 11 a.m. vs. Boise State.
The Sun Devil men are part of the No. 10 team in the nation while the Sun Devil women are currently receiving votes, just outside the top-25.
The event, taking place at Mona Plummer Aquatic Center on the Tempe campus, is free to the public.
Recently, Youssef Selim won all three events – men's 1m, 3m, and platform – at the NAU Diving Invitational while Heikki Makikallio finished second in the two springboard events and third in platform.
On the women's side at NAU, Frida Kaellgren finished second in both the 1m and 3m while reigning Pac-12 champion Mara Aiacoboae won the platform dive and finished third in the 3m.
Selim improved on his season-highs in all three events, while Aiacoboae also increased her platform score and Kaellgren upped her 1-meter and 3-meter season-highs.
The men's swim/dive team hosts Harvard Jan. 6 at 11 a.m. MT while women's swim is back in action Jan. 13 on the road at Washington State (12 noon MT).
