TEMPE, Ariz. – Sun Devil Men's Basketball and adidas will unveil the 2017 Hardwood Classics uniform, tonight, against the Washington Huskies at 9 p.m. MT on ESPNU.

The cream uniforms, inspired by ASU Hall of Famer Jumpin' Joe Caldwell, feature maroon and gold checkered trim with the shorts echoing the checkered pattern down the side of the leg.
Jumpin' Joe, who had his number put in the rafters in the Wells Fargo Arena in 2010, was a star at Arizona State from 1961-64, averaging 18.2 points and 11.2 rebounds. He left school as the school's career scoring leader and was a gold medalist at the 1964 Olympics held in Tokyo.

The Detroit Pistons selected Caldwell with the second pick of the NBA draft, making him the highest-drafted player in ASU history. Caldwell spent a combined 11 years in the NBA and ABA.
