TEMPE, Ariz. -- Prior to Saturday's football game against San Diego State, Pac-12 Arizona will debut "KUSH", a 75-minute documentary honoring the life of Frank Kush.
The documentary will air at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 9, immediately prior to the start of the game, and will also be shown directly after the game, as well as eight times on the Pac-12 Arizona channel up until Sunday, Sept. 24. On Tuesday, September 12 "KUSH" will air across the entire Pac-12 Network at 4:30 p.m. PT.
On June 22, Frank Kush, Arizona State University and College Hall of Fame inductee passed away at 88. Kush began his career at ASU in 1955 serving as an assistant under former head coach Dan Devine, and three years later went on to become the 15th football coach in ASU history. In his 21.5 seasons as head coach, Kush went on to win 176 games, the most in school history.
