Kerri Clayton is a member of the first class who received a "bonus year" to come to campus to practice and scrimmage with their new teammates.

One word to describe your feeling when you put on the ASU uniform for the first time:
Excitement.

Coach K, head coach of the men's basketball team at Duke.
The most upset you have ever been on the field...
I would like to think I am a pretty level-headed player so I do not really get upset just keep playing.
You have a chance to go watch one past sporting event live (any sport)...what are you going to?
2008 Beijing Olympics in the 4x100 freestyle relay where Michael Phelps won his eight gold medals.

What do like best about your hometown?
All the family and friends that live there but also Baltimore is a really pretty and fun city so there's nothing I dislike about it.

Not a good dancer but definitely doesn't stop me.

The dishes.
What is your favorite form of exercise?
I like playing in games but I'd go with swimming.
Who has been the biggest influence on your career?
My parents. They were both college athletes and I know what they were able to achieve during their collegiate careers so I am definitely able to use that as motivation when needed.
If you could witness any event past, present or future, what would it be?
When my mom was pregnant with my brother and I (I'm a twin) she was sitting at dinner one night with my whole family and was so large, she was very pregnant at the time, that she shattered that chair and it still gets brought up to this day so to witness it would be pretty fun. Or the moon landing.
If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?
I'd love to be a really good singer or dancer or play the piano.
If you could meet anyone, past or present, who would it be?
Jennifer Lawrence.
What did you do growing up that got you into trouble?
Leaving dishes in the sink.
What is something you learned in the last week?
That Jamie Foxx really name isn't actually Jamie Foxx.
What story does your family always tell about you?
I tried painting a picture of my mom and dad for Christmas one when I was like 10 years old and when I gave it to them they thought it was Oprah and Ellen. For the record, they look absolutely nothing like Oprah and Ellen.
What's your favorite TV show and why?
Grey's Anatomy, I've been watching it since it started so at this point I'm too emotionally invested.
