Top-ranked Kentucky jumped out early in a 115-69 win over Arizona State Monday night in the Bahamas, as ASU fell to 4-3 on the season.

"We hoped we would have performed a little better but the reality is we are in the second year of a process that we hope to learn something from," said head coach Bobby Hurley. "I am going to think long and hard about what we are going to learn from it but hopefully we will get something out of this.  I thought they were spectacular.

"I talked to my staff and I don't think I've seen a faster team in my year's coaching, how relentless they are with their energy, their pursuit of the basketball, and how to get up and down the floor, it's a credit to their coach and athletes that they have. It seems like they play the right way and for each other. I saw the 39-1 team a couple of years ago and would certainly put them in the same class."

ASU placed five players in double figures as Obi Oleka and Sam Cunliffe led the way with 14 each, while Tra Holder and Torian Graham had a dozen each and Shannon Evans II added 11 points and six assists. Oleka posted his eighth career double-double and his fourth on the year.
